Soccer-Specific Conditioning- The Total Approach

The total approach to soccer-specific conditioning has three components.

• The first is injury prevention.  Injury, is the primary element which reduces peak performance. 
• The second is improving athletic skills. Athletic skills are speed, agility, mobility, aerobic and anaerobic endurance and explosive power.
• The third component is blending the athletic skills with soccer skills and applying them to the technical and tactical aspects of the game.

We have selected over 450 educational soccer-specific conditioning products and especially selected equipment for this catalog.  Organized into 11 sections this revolutionary catalog is meticulously designed to help the coach or serious soccer athlete navigate through the conditioning process in a progressive step-by-step process taking all the guess work out of soccer conditioning. 

Clinics/Accreditations-

Coming soon will be a SCAP Soccer Conditioning Accreditation Program, who’s mission is present the total approach to conditioning through a coaching accrediting process.   This program is designed to empower community-based soccer coaches and conditioning professionals who have an interest in and knowledge of the sport of soccer to conduct soccer-specific clinics and classes.  Be sure to watch for more details.
